Millie, do you have some examples of recipes and some specifics about the foods in the diet? I’m trying to keep my wife on a Liver Cleansing Diet (LCD) to repair her fatty liver and solve her metabolic syndrome or syndrome X as some call it, but the recipes are just too involved in the LCD book to cook with a busy schedule. We ,or should I say I since I do all the cooking, need simple recipes that can be made in 30 minutes start to finish.
