Though my expertise is in dealing with people with food allergies, I am a well-known chef in Jacksonville, Florida. I have been a Chef at the Wine Cellar, Mossfire Grill, I was the executive Chef at Juice ‘n Java and Heaven On Earth Café. I had my own restaurant and have cooked for private clients for 21 years. I have taught private cooking classes in Jacksonville and Daytona Beach, and taught cooking at Daytona Community College and in the Jacksonville Continuing Education for Adults within the Duval County School system. I am also a Certified Food Safety Manager.
I healed lifelong health problems through studying nutrition, and have spent the last 23 years teaching others to heal though teaching nutrition and healthy cooking.

I see that you are also a chocolate lover. How do you avoid the dairy in the chocolate? I also LOVE the stuff- but get very itchy when I eat it.

I have recently discovered that we have a gluten intolerance, and my daughter has had dairy issues from birth on (she’s almost 8). So we’re on a brand new path of learning about these issues. Are you still local? Mossfire is one of our favorite places to eat
