this is all very interesting, i suffer from food allergies and so does my dog, and ive done all kinds of experiments on myself through changing around my diet and stuff. my diet is relatively high in meat and fat ( im a carnivore and i love crispy skin on meat) i do notice i feel really good when i cut out grains and suger. ive done alot of research myself on nutrition and health and this is the first time im hearing about the high saturated fat is healthy for you. if this is true then the food industry is really really been lying to us and this is terrible. they have affected the health of so many poeple and are killing them. my diet has been high in saturated fat for years and ive always figured that the fruit and anti-oxidents i consume would balance out any harm from all the fat that i consume.
